Fortex Program Explanation: Sales Reports
The reports section has been developed and organized to meet all user needs, with enhancements, restructuring, and additional features designed to simplify user tasks.
Overview:
- Summary Report:
This report allows users to view a summary of all transactions recorded during the day or select a specific transaction type to generate the relevant report. - Transaction Summary Report:
Provides a detailed overview of all transactions during a specific period, either from the start of the fiscal year or within a user-defined timeframe. - Operation Summary:
Displays all operations or summarizes them based on the selected account, such as purchases, sales, returns, receipts, invoices, or deferred returns. Users can choose to view data from the beginning of the fiscal year or within a specified period.
Daily Sales Reports:
Three models of daily sales reports have been added to accommodate various business needs, including a new report specific to cashiers. This simplifies daily account reviews without requiring access to cashier devices and includes shift-based reporting options.
- Model 1: Daily Sales Report
- Provides a detailed view of daily sales, including the option to toggle between shift-based or non-shift-based systems.
- Displays total cash sales and card payments.
- Model 2: Daily Sales Overview
- Highlights the total daily sales amount.
- Model 3: Cashier Sales Report
- A new feature dedicated to displaying cashier-specific sales.
- Users can choose to view all cashier sales by selecting “All Users” or generate a report for a specific cashier by selecting their name from the list.
